摘要:BIM在设计、施工阶段的技术应用已经逐渐成熟，价值获得普遍的认可，但在设施管理方面基本还是起步阶段。上海现代建筑设计集团率先通过申都大厦的运维管理平台实践，总结出一整套本地化运维平台的定制、部署、实施流程。文章前篇介绍了申都大厦项目运维实践中的各项关键技术：应用数据交换标准、制定设备分类编码、BIM模型的运维交互等，后篇介绍了申都运维平台上线以来取得的应用效益。
Abstract: BIM has been widely used in the design and construction phases, and the value of the BIM technology is widely recognized by everyone. But in the facilities management field, BIM is still in the initial stage. Based on the application and practice of the operation management platform of ShenDu mansion, a process of costuming, deploying, implementing local operation and maintenance platform is summed up by Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd. All kinds of key technologies of the platform are as follows, application data exchange standards, developing equipment classification and coding, operation and maintenance interacted with BIM model. Then, the effectiveness of the platform is described due to the operation management platform of ShenDu mansion.
