摘要:建设项目的景观可视度、日照、风环境、热环境、声环境等性能指标在开发前期就已经基本确定,但是由于缺少合适的技术手段,一般项目很难有时间和费用对上述各种性能指标进行多方案分析模拟,BIM技术为建筑性能分析的普及应用提供了可能性。
Abstract: Building performance such as visual quality, sunlight, wind, thermal and acoustic environment are decided at very beginning phase of construction projects. Most projects don't have enough time and cost to fulfill analysis of multiple design plans since lack of proper technology tools. BIM provides the possibilities to make these happen.
