Abstract: According to the archives management practice of our Institute, this article introduces electronic archives management in the enterprise of some new technologies and new methods, by document management system into the enterprise integrated management information system platform, the introduction of Jukebox storage system and other technical solutions, to achieve the complete collection of electronic archives of enterprises, secure storage, effective use, give full play to the efficiency of re-use of electronic archives.
