摘要:随着国内建筑产业化的推广以及BIM技术得到越来越广泛的应用,如何将这两者联系起来,使得BIM技术更好的为建筑产业化服务,成为一个值得研究的问题,本文以BIM技术在沈阳南科大厦装配式项目中的应用为例,分析了BIM技术在装配式建筑中的应用过程以及创造的价值,进一步研究了BIM技术如何在建筑产业化的推广过程中发挥更有力的作用。
Abstract: With the expansion of domestic construction industrialization and the BIM technology is more and more widely used. How to connect the two together and make the BIM technology better service to the construction industry become a problem worthy of studying.Taking the BIM technology application in shenyang south branch building prefabricated project as an example, analysing the BIM technology application and value in the prefabricated construction process, this paper indicated that BIM played a powerful role in the process.
