摘要:BIM在行业内的发展日益突出，虽没有大规模公建的复杂，但标准化程度高、规模大的住宅项目同样可以体现出BIM设计的优势，本文主要回顾了一个商品住宅项目的BIM设计应用过程，讲述了BIM在住宅设计中的优点和不足。
Abstract: BIM technology has become increasingly prominent in the construction industry. Although residential building is not as amplex. as public building, the high degree of standardization also reflect the advantages of BIM design from another side. This paper reviews a commercial housing project designed by BIM in the whole process. On the basic of the project design, it trys to elaborate the strengths and weaknesses of BIM's usage in residential design.
