摘要:本文主要围绕美国、英国、德国、加拿大、韩国、日本等国外发达地区近年来在BIM应用方面的研究内容及其变化特征,从BIM理论体系的完善、与新技术的集成、跨领域应用三个方面总结了国外BIM应用研究方面的特征和趋势,为推动国内BIM的研究及其发展应用提供方向借鉴。

关键词: BIM应用, 效能测度, BIM应用创新, 技术集成
