装配式混凝土建筑全生命周期中BIM应用技术研究综述

Summary of the Research on BIM Application Technology in the Life Cycle of Prefabricated Buildings

  • 摘要: 随着国家市场经济的飞速发展,基于BIM技术的装配式混凝土建筑成为提升建筑行业的重要途经。国内学者对BIM技术的研究有很多,但通常指局限于某一阶段或者某一方面,对BIM技术在装配式混凝土建筑全生命周期中的应用较少。本文通过对BIM技术在装配式混凝土建筑全生命周期中的作用研究进行分析和归纳整理,结果表明BIM技术可以有效地提高装配式混凝土建筑的设计、生产和施工水平,使装配式混凝土建筑从设计到运维的生产链条更加紧密、合理。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of the country's market economy, prefabricated concrete buildings based on BIM technology have become an important way to improve the construction industry. There are many domestic scholars on BIM technology research, but it usually refers to a certain stage or aspect. Technology is rarely used in the whole life cycle of prefabricated concrete buildings. This paper analyzes and summarizes the research on the role of BIM technology in the life cycle of prefabricated concrete buildings. The results show that BIM technology can effectively improve the design, production and construction level of prefabricated concrete buildings. The production chain to operation and maintenance is closer and more reasonable.
