摘要:随着现代工业技术的发展,建筑产业化越来越多的被业界人士认同,它主要是以标准化的生产为基础,用工业化生产的方式制造建筑。目前,装配式建筑作为建筑产业化的一种新型结构形式,所面临的问题是不能够充分协调构件设计、工厂制造和现场安装之间的关系。基于BIM技术的3D协同设计快速发展,为建筑产业化发展提供了良好契机。
Abstract: With the development of modern industrial technology, the industrialization of building was increasingly accepted by practitioners. It is mainly based on the standardized production, and manufactures building with industrial production. Currently, as the new structure of the industrialization, the problem of Prefabricated Concrete is not able to fully coordinate the relationship among the design, manufacture and installation. The rapid development of based on BIM 3D collaborative design provides a good opportunity for development of building industrialization.
