摘要:以二维形式引导教学,难以让学生建立空间思维模型以及掌握建筑的整体概念,把建筑信息化模型BIM引入教学实践,利用建筑信息化模型BIM的三维化、参数智能化等优点,培养学生的空间思维,建立对建筑的整体概念。在推进建筑业信息化进程和可持续发展建筑设计的同时,也让学生了解计算机辅助建筑设计领域的新技术,开拓学生对建筑行业的新视野。BIM是建筑业发展的必然趋势,是信息时代推动建筑业的新动力。因此,培养BIM人才势在必行。
Abstract: It is difficult for students to establish spatial thinking model and grasp the overall concept of building by the guide of teaching by 2D. Spatial thinking of students was trained and the concept of architecture was established by teaching practice of BIM, which is 3D, parameter intelligent etc. The students knew about the new technology into the field of computer aided architectural design and broaden their horizons of the construction industry, while the progress of the construction industry informatization is promoted and the architectural design was sustainable development. BIM is the inevitable trend of the development of the construction industry and a new dynamic of the construction industry in the information age. Therefore, it must be imperative to train students to know study knowledge of BIM.
