Abstract:
To respond to our national goals of developing a low-carbon economy and achieving energy saving, construction industry has to change the developing concept, and increase executive power of exploiting IT in restructuring and transformation of construction enterprise on enterprise management mode, production and management methods, project management processes.In the execution of the three elements (personnel, strategy, operations), the paper argues that the construction enterprises should focus on information technology strategic planning, informa-tion-based corporate training and project management processes redesign in the process of using information technology to transform and upgrade traditional industries.It will change the backwardness of the construction industry of high consumption, high pollution and lowefficiency, and accelerate the industrial restructuring and upgrading.
