摘要:工程设计领域BIM技术应用迅速发展，表现出异常活跃的生命力。不同的专业，不同的起点以及不同的需求造就了各有所长的百花齐放的局面，发展的高速度必然埋伏下了缺陷和隐患，笔者从事过多年的日本BIM技术工作，本文围绕MEP部分的讨论，介绍了日本的BIM软件及其应用。

Abstract: The BIM technology is dereloping rapidly in architectural engineering design field. As BIM is available in different application, it works efficiently in different function and it could meet all end users needs, which booms different kinds of software's with BIM selling points. It brings positive and negative effects with this software blooms. The author worked many years about the BIM technology and the paper focuses on the part of MEP about the BIM software and its application in Japan.
