Nowadays, BIM digital technology as a rising professional field is popular in design industry.BIM specialist needs to possess requirements like professional background, learning ability, comprehensive quality, etc..At present, BIM human resources market faces situations such as shortage of talent, low overall quality, deficiency of high-quality specialists, brain drain faster.After repeated research and practice, the author, human resources director of D.T.D.(Digitization Technology Department of Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design Group) summarized"customer orientation and performance orientation"as the core concept of the D.T.D.human resources management system.In fact, the practices in D.T.D.lead to good results.
