Abstract: With digitization and the development of information technology, BIM technology as the key technology of the AEC industry relies on the implementation of specific projects. By analyzing the strategy on BIM application, team selection and the risks of introduction of technology, the article tells the owners how to implement specific projects, how to avoid risk, and how to obtain the true value of BIM technology.
