Abstract: Nowadays, a high speed developrnent era of metro constraction in Chinese cities has being coming. The safety risks during Urban Mass Transit Construction are high at the same time, and accidents happen more frequently.Based on the current performance of safety management in the Urban Mass Transit Construction, the necessary of safety management information system of Urban Mass Transit Construction were analyzed and the safety management information portal in Urban Mass Transit Construction was proposed.The study suggested safety management information portal to solve the problems and improve the safety management and in Urban Mass Transit Construction.
