BIM技术在六盘水市大坪子至董地一级公路工程项目中的应用

Application of BIM Technology in Dapingzi-Dongdi A-Class Highway Project in Liupanshui City

  • 摘要: 基建项目因其施工点多、服务周期长、预制构件使用率高等特点,BIM还未能得到系统的应用。本文以六盘水市大董公路项目为案例,分析、阐述通过将BIM技术与GIS和数字化模块进行有机结合,攻关基建项目施工难点,最终提升企业竞争力。其中,BIM模型提供工程设计信息,并为后续应用提供数据载体;GIS为整个项目赋予地理位置信息,使得后续的车辆跟踪、材料监管具备准确、高效的数据支持;同时,现场设置的大量的应力监测模块、电子地磅、隧道定位、炸药库红外监测等数字化模块,实时采集现场施工信息,并最终集成于BIM管理平台,极大地优化改善了传统的项目管理程序。

     

    Abstract: BIM has not been systematically applied in infrastructure projects because of its characteristics of numerous construction points, long service cycle and high utilization rate of prefabricated components. Taking the Dapingzi-Dongdi A-level Highway Project of Liupanshui as an example, this paper analyzes and expounds the organic combination of BIM technology with GIS digital module to tackle the construction difficulties of infrastructure projects and to ultimately enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. BIM model provides engineering design information and data carrier for subsequent application, while GIS gives geographic location information for the whole project, which makes follow-up vehicle tracking and material supervision have accurate and efficient information basis. At the same time, a large number of digital modules including stress monitoring modules, electronic weighing module, tunnel positioning module, and infrared monitoring module of explosive depot, are set up in the field. to collect real-time construction information, and eventually integrated into BIM management platform, which greatly optimizes and improves the traditional project management procedures.
