Abstract: In recent years, under the guidance of national policy, many cities are promoting BIM technologies for planning review and project inspection. In order to understand the practical situation in real scenarios, this paper has conduct case studies by using those inspected BIM projects in Nanjing. The case studies are including BIM review preparation, workflow, main error-reporting provisions, and project modification. This paper analyzes and explores the practical application value of BIM technology in the three-dimensional examination project of construction drawings, and provides valuable experience for the application of BIM intelligent map review in subsequent construction projects.
