Abstract: This paper analyzes the general situation of BIM collaborative design in China gives some common problems in general enterprise design and management.In view of these problems, the BIM collaborative design and construction scheme is given, and the basic hardware and software architecture construction is discussed.Finally, it analyzes the problems that are often encountered in the implementation process and validates the effectiveness of the promotion method through the design of enterprise construction achievements.
