The project was built earlier. There are three versions of the drawings. The application and implementation of BIM technology is a difficult challenge. This project uses BIM as a project management and technical means, including collaborative design, comprehensive optimization of pipelines and electrical lines, deepen the design, construction Organization, schedule management, quality control, etc.. To ensure the successful implementation of the project, improve the quality of project construction and the level of comprehensive project management. This article introduces the application of BIM technology in construction management in reconstruction and new construction projects. Also, this paper introduces how 3D laser scan technology can be combined.
