Increasing numbers of real estate companies are paying more attentions on the quality management, but the management is hardly implemented due to the backward management methods. However, the applications of new technologies provide possibilities for quality management reform for real estate enterprises. This paper introduces the application scenarios and methods of new technologies such as BIM, VR and mobile applications in real estate quality management.
