Application of Green Building Technology in the Xiong'an Green Building Exhibition Center Project

The Green Building Exhibition Center project, designed with a focus on environmental sustainability and economic feasibility, is a key initiative under the "Five One Industrial Design Project" in Xiong'an New Area. This project employs BIM technology and a smart construction site data decision-making system to integrate the core principles of green construction, achieving digital, refined, and intelligent site management. BIM technology is utilized to deepen design details, and comprehensive information management of steel structure component production and installation is facilitated through BIM and VR visual disclosure. The intelligent construction site system enables smart monitoring of high-risk large projects and visual management of on-site dust control and large-scale machinery operations. The application of green construction technologies in this project has significantly improved management precision and offers valuable reference for similar projects.
