摘要:北京翠湖科技园住宅项目位于北京市海淀区,是中关村国家自主创新示范区核心区的重要组成部分,地上主体为装配整体式剪力墙结构,设计装配率50%。项目通过应用BIM技术进行装配式结构深化设计,基于广联达数字项目管理平台对大体量、多种类装配式预制构件的生产、运输、存储和安装等环节进行信息化、数字化协同管理,并将管理过程形成电子数据库系统,为运维阶段可追溯化查询管理提供基础。同时,建立BIM技术标准化应用和管理流程,通过狭小场地动态管理,辅助材料水平、垂直运输管理,施工模拟分析、可视化交底、VR交互模拟培训等方法,顺利解决了场内综合管理、危大工程管理和施工作业管理等系列重难点问题,有效提升了项目施工管理精细化水平,具有一定的推广和参考价值。
Abstract: The residential project Beijing Cuihu Science and Technology Park is located in Haidian District, Beijing, which is an important part of the core area of Zhongguancun national independent innovation demonstration zone. The main body on the ground is an assembled integral shear wall structure, and its design assembly rate is 50%. This paper applies BIM Technology for detailed design. Based on Glodon Digital project management platform, the paper carries out information and digital collaborative management on the production, transportation, storage and installation of large-scale and various types of prefabricated components after which forms the management process into an electronic database system to provide basis for traceable query management in the operation and maintenance stage. Moreover, it also has established the standardized application and management process of BIM Technology, which successfully solves a series of key problems such as on-site comprehensive management, dangerous engineering management and construction operation management through the methods of narrow site dynamic management, horizontal and vertical transportation management of auxiliary materials, construction simulation analysis, visual disclosure and VR interactive simulation training, etc. The work in the paper effectively improves the refinement level of project construction management with a certain promotion and reference value.
