Research on Key Technologies of BIM and Web Information Service Integration

BIM model is an information carrier that integrates geometric attributes and non geometric attributes of buildings. It can be used to carry all kinds of information of buildings in planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance, reflecting the characteristics of big data. However, a single BIM model file has limited ability to carry information and data. It is necessary to effectively integrate distributed and extensible web information services with BIM data to solve the problem of massive information bearing and association of BIM model. Through many developments and research, aiming at the key technology of BIM model and web information service, this paper proposes the solution and technical scheme of data mixing through the thinning processing of BIM data and the organization integration with web system.
