Application of BIM Technology in North Parking Lot Project of Sanitation Facilities in Rongdong District of Xiong′an

The Sanitation facilities complex in Rongdong District of Xiong′an is the first semi-underground environmental sanitation transfer station in China, which is an important support for the construction of ecological city of Xiong′an. Its quality and environmental protection requirements are high, the construction site is narrow, and there are many construction points. The project adopts BIM technology for modeling, multi-professional collaborative design of collision inspection, curtain wall deepening design, construction simulation, engineering quantity statistics, green construction and other innovative application, which improves construction quality and management efficiency, and achieves comprehensive safety control and green environmental protection construction; at the same time, the project has fully implemented and verified the Xiong′an series of standards, achieves the visualization, standardization and informationization of the whole process management of the project construction, and ensured the orderly progress of the complex construction.
