Design and Research on Pre-diagnosis Service Platform of Visual Smart Treatment Center

For the purpose of improving medical service levels, problems such as long registration queue, long charging queue, long medicine queue, long diagnosis and treatment, short doctor-patient communication should be solved. The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University applied the results of intelligent reform to the pre-consultation service. Academician Zhong Nanshan was the chief planning officer of this project, which planned to build a visual pre-consultation service platform. Patient-centered and medical-guaranteed visual intelligent medical innovation model solves pain points in patients′ medical treatment and doctors′ diagnosis and treatment, ensuring more efficient and convenient medical services. How to use visualization, big data, Internet of Things and other technologies combined with hardware equipment to achieve the goal of hospital service on smart treatment center, which has become a problem to be solved. In this study, the design strategy of the pre-diagnosis service platform was analyzed to provide reference for the effective improvement of the pre-diagnosis service level.
