Research on Information Data of Fire Inspection and Rules for Judging Compliance Judgment Based on BIM

The quality of engineering fire protection design is related to the safety of people′s lives and property. The traditional two-dimensional drawing inspection heavily depends on the personal work experience of experts which comes with problems such as low efficiency, omission and scales difference. Nowadays, BIM construction drawing inspection has been carried out in Hunan Province, Guangzhou and Nanjing, which considered fire inspection as an essential part.Realizing intelligent BIM fire inspection can effectively assist expert and improve the efficiency of project approval. This paper introduces two key technologies in fire inspection, and discusses BIM fire related inspection, information data and judgment rules for compliance. Verifies BIM's promotion of efficiency for fire intelligent inspection by a practical case.
