摘要:随着PPP模式和BIM技术的广泛应用,工程建设行业正在经历巨大的改变。然而,由于PPP项目涉及多个参与方和长时间跨度,这导致了信息量庞大、数据传递不畅等问题。本文以潜江市文化中心项目为例,基于BIM技术建立了一个全生命周期PPP项目管理平台,并设计了相应的组织结构和功能模块。这一平台的建设实现了对PPP项目全生命周期的有效管理。研究结果表明,将BIM技术引入PPP项目中能够提高各方在项目全生命周期内的信息交流水平,减少信息孤岛问题,同时提高管理的精细化水平。
Abstract: With the widespread application of PPP mode and BIM technology, the construction industry is undergoing significant changes. However, due to the involvement of multiple participants and long time spans in PPP projects, it has led to issues, e.g. a large amount of information and poor data transmission. Taking the Qianjiang Cultural Center project as an example, this paper establishes a full lifecycle PPP project management platform based on BIM technology, and designs the corresponding organizational structure and functional modules. The construction of this platform has achieved effective management of the entire lifecycle of PPP projects. The results in the paper indicate that introducing BIM technology into PPP projects can improve the level of information exchange among all parties throughout the project lifecycle, reduce information silos, and improve the level of refinement in management.
