In order to further improve the development quality and efficiency of the construction industry, it is an inevitable trend to accelerate the industrialization, digitalization, and intelligentization of buildings. This article takes the National Synthetic Biotechnology Innovation Center project as an example, combined with the thinking of building industrialization, and explores the application of digital technology in the whole process of prefabricated buildings. Through the comprehensive application of innovative structural technology, design software, production equipment, construction system, and collaborative platform, the data link of each link is opened, and the intelligent design of prefabricated buildings is achieved, the automatic production of data-driven equipment, the online tracking of component transportation and the visual construction are realized Management has verified the full-cycle, full-element, and full-role online collaborative management model based on the platform, providing engineering case references for promoting the transformation and upgrading of construction industrialization, and helping to promote the high-quality development of the construction industry.
