摘要:2008年11月, 在纽约召开的外国关系理事会上, IBM提出了“智慧地球”这一理念, 逐渐为大家所熟知。2010年, IBM正式提出了“智慧的城市”愿景, 希望为世界和中国的城市发展贡献自己的力量。自此, “智慧城市”逐渐在国内落地生根, 并在政府和各方机构的支持下如火如荼地进行。基于BIM和GIS技术的发展, 为智慧城市建设奠定了坚实的基础。文中就BIM、GIS和智慧城市的概念做简要介绍, 详细阐述了在BIM和GIS结合构建的智慧城市中智能交通、城市管理、城乡规划三个领域的发展、愿景以及能带给我们的切身利益。通过快速建模技术, 结合智慧城市APP的开发, 我们将在移动终端(手机、iPad等设备)上参与到智慧城市建设当中去, 并亲身享受智慧城市带给我们的智能生活, 它离我们将不再遥远。
Abstract: November 2008, held in New York Foreign Relations Council, IBM proposed the wisdom of the earth, this concept, and gradually known to everyone. In 2010, IBM officially put forward the Wisdom of the City vision, hoping to contribute to the development of the world and China′s urban power. Since then, the Smart City gradually in the domestic air plant in the government and other organizations, and under the support of like a raging fire. Based on the development of BIM and GIS technology, it has laid a solid foundation for the smart city construction. In this paper, the concept of BIM, GIS and the wisdom of the city briefly, described in detail in the BIM and GIS combined with the construction of the wisdom of the city intelligent traffic management, urban planning, city development, three field of vision and can bring our vital interests. The fast modeling technology, combined with the development of the wisdom of the city of APP, we will be in the mobile terminal(mobile phone, iPad and other equipment)on to participate in the construction of smart city, and enjoy the wisdom of the city to bring intelligence of our life, it will not be far away from us.
