摘要:本文首先分析了目前BIM技术在运维阶段推广应用的现状,指出存在的制约因素并提出解决思路。然后介绍三维模型在网页中展示和交互的关键技术。最后以一个B-S架构的运维软件为例,分析了基于BIM模型的Web应用软件其背后的数据存储和信息交互的模式,进一步阐明可利用网页三维展示交互技术加速BIM在运维阶段的推广应用。
Abstract: This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of the BIM technology application in the operation and maintenance stage, in which points out the existing restrictive factors in application, and propose idea of solutions. Following carried out is a case study of an operation and maintenance management program using B-S architecture, to analyze the data storage and information interaction pattern of the BIM-based software on web, and then to further clarify that the web-based 3D display and interaction technology is able to accelerate the BIM application promotion in the operation and maintenance stage
