摘要:本文回顾了海南文昌月亮湾酒店的建筑方案设计过程, 以相对复杂的异形建筑设计为研究对象, 探讨如何应用BIM技术突破原有二维设计方式局限, 在精准、高效的三维技术帮助下, 优化设计工作流程和各专业协同, 获得对项目进度、质量和成本的更好把控。在介绍BIM技术辅助设计心得体会的同时, 反思现阶段设计院推行BIM过程中遇到的实际困难, 探寻解决之道。
Abstract: This article reviewes the design of Moonbay Hotel in Wenchang, Hainan.Using a relatively complex irregular-shaped architecture as an example, it is reported here the experience of application of BIM technology to overcome limitations of the original 2D design and to optimize the design work and coordination of all specialties.With assistance of accurate and highly effective 3D technology, it is possible to achieve better management on project schedule, quality and cost.The excise aims at finding solutions to the difficult problems when applying BIM technology in institutes.
