摘要:本文对施工企业招投标管理平台的建设意义和方法进行了分析，在此基础上设计了一套新的施工企业招投标管理平台。平台以分布式授权、数据安全等计算机技术为基础，以工程项目为主线，结合工具软件实现了对企业招投标过程的全程规范管理。
Abstract: Based on the analysis of the significance and method of the biding management platform in construction enterprise, this paper designed a new biding management platform in construction enterprise.On the basis of the computer technology, such as distributed authorization, data security and so on, the platform which combines the tool software could achieve the whole standard management of the enterprise biding process with the project as the primary line.
