As a new project management tool, BIM technology is gradually recognized and applied by engineers.Its comprehensive promotion will bring a new revolution to the engineering construction.Through the application of BIM technology in the target, the Changjiang Media building in engineering implementation, a full range of application (includingthe model of 3D browsing, statistics of engineering quantities, three-dimensional construction field cloth, 4D schedule management, scheme simulation, mechanical and electrical collision check, steel structure deepening and three management platform application) and the application of the results and experience, this paper analyzes the value of BIM technology in the process of project implementation and application in the future.
