Research on Construction Technology Clarification Based on Lightweight BIM Technology

In the construction stage, the clarification of construction project based on BIM technology is becoming an important method. With the limitation in BIM software and hardware configuration, also with the limitation in BIM personnel skill level, many problems such as model delivery failure and clarification deviation, which end-up with low efficiencies in information delivery and interaction. This paper introduces thirteen construction technology clarification methods based on lightweight BIM Technology, evaluates and compares the optimization degree of BIM Technology auxiliary technology clarification from the dimensions of information integrity, data lightweight, software functionality, operation complexity, and implementation economy. This paper provides method selection for the clarification process, which ensures the project can be accessed through different devices, hence to improve the efficiencies of project clarification and communication.
