摘要:本文结合建筑设计过程和绿色建筑评价标准,对目前绿色建筑设计软件存在的问题进行了分析,对如何架构绿色建筑设计软件体系框架进行了分析,提出BIM技术是较好解决绿色建筑设计软件数据一致性、唯一性、数据资源共享的有效手段。按照绿色建筑评价标准体系,分析了建筑不同生命周期内信息模型的功能及其应包括的数据内容。通过能耗模拟软件中使用的空调系统的信息模型分析,提出了广义建筑信息模型的概念,强调应注重设备专业系统信息模型的研究。
Abstract: The problems existed in the current green building design software are analyzed combining with the architectural design process and Green Building Evaluation Standards.The method of constructing system frame for GB design software are analyzed.Through analyzing we think that BIM technology is an affective method to keep data unique, data consistent and to share resources in GB design software.According to the GB Evaluation Standard the functions of building information model and parameters in different stage of a building life cycle are discussed.Through the analysis of BIM in HVAC system used in energy simulation software, the concept of extended BIM are put forward. We should pay more attention to the resaerch on BIM in M&E system.
