摘要:本文通过具体案例分析研究BIM技术和智能制造在装配式建筑设计、生产阶段的应用原则和内容表明:结合企业需求自主研发的基于预制构件的全过程在线协同管理平台——筑享云平台和智能深化设计软件,以及智能制造管理系统及数控装备,可实现设计数据驱动工厂自动化生产,并提高装配式建筑的设计、生产效率,减少对人工的依赖,对降低装配式建筑成本、提高建筑质量具有重要的意义。
Abstract: The application principles and contents of BIM technology and intelligent manufacturing in prefabricated building design and production phases are studied through specific case analysis. It is shown that, with the actual demand-based research, the whole process online collaborative management platform based on prefabricated components adopts intelligent design software, intelligent manufacturing management system, and numerical control equipment, which can realize design data-driven factory automation production, improve the design and production efficiency of prefabricated buildings, and reduce the dependence on labor. It is great significance to reduce the cost of prefabricated buildings and improve the quality of buildings.
