The application principles and contents of BIM technology and intelligent manufacturing in prefabricated building design and production phases are studied through specific case analysis. It is shown that, with the actual demand-based research, the whole process online collaborative management platform based on prefabricated components adopts intelligent design software, intelligent manufacturing management system, and numerical control equipment, which can realize design data-driven factory automation production, improve the design and production efficiency of prefabricated buildings, and reduce the dependence on labor. It is great significance to reduce the cost of prefabricated buildings and improve the quality of buildings.
