摘要:建筑行业的招投标系统都是以地域为单位进行建设。导致投标单位的信息出现冗余和不一致数据, 无法实现全国范围内的信用监管和信息共享。本文以主数据管理的角度出发, 对招投标系统中数据信息进行分类和归纳, 借鉴相关领域信息系统建设的经验, 提出基于面向服务信息系统建设架构, 实现主数据管理和数据分发的数据共享信息系统建设方案。

Abstract: In construction industry, bidding systems are built locally.To bid in different area, duplicate data was produced from the same parties.There are large duplicate data which was stored across local building systems. Data redundancy and different copy of same data in those systems cause data sharing and credit monitoring is impossible at the country scope.This paper classified and summarized the data type of bidding data from Master Data Management view.Referencing information system building in related area, a data sharing solution based on service oriented architecture that implementing master data management and data delivering was proposed.
