摘要:BIM模型的智能审查已成为行业热点。深圳市已建设并开始应用基于BIM的工程报建系统,该系统对工程项目BIM模型的质量提出了更高要求。为了确保提交的BIM模型满足报建的质量标准,本研究基于深圳BIM存储标准,研究了SZ-IFC模型质量的自动检查方法,开发了针对市政工程的SZ-IFC模型导出和质量检测工具,并通过工程案例验证了该方法和工具的可行性与实用性,取得了良好的效果。
Abstract: The intelligent review of BIM models has emerged as a significant industry focus. Shenzhen has developed and begun utilizing a BIM-based system for project approval and construction, which imposes higher standards on the quality of BIM models used in engineering projects. To ensure that submitted BIM models meet these quality standards, this study investigates an automatic quality inspection method for SZ-IFC models and develops a SZ-IFC model export and quality inspection tool tailored for municipal engineering, based on Shenzhen's BIM data storage standards. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method and tools have been validated through engineering case studies, demonstrating promising results.
