摘要:本文以国内首批智能建造试点项目的上海嘉定新城菊园社区为例,梳理了传统装配式项目建造中的问题。为了提升项目的智能建造水平,探索了装配式项目在智能生产、智能施工、智能检测以及智能管理平台方面的应用。通过应用实践表明,智能建造技术应用,可有效提升生产效率,降低施工成本,保障施工质量,提效项目管理,推动工业化与信息化、智能化技术融合发展。
Abstract: Shanghai Jiading Xincheng Juyuan community project is the first batch of intelligent construction pilot projects in China. As a prefabricated residential project, it is explored in the process of project construction, intelligent production, intelligent construction, intelligent detection, and intelligent management platform, etc. based on intelligent construction technology. Its application shows that intelligent construction technology enjoy the following advantages: effectively production efficiency, lower construction costs, higher construction quality, better project management, and integration and development of industrialization, informatization and intelligent technology.
