摘要:BIM技术是信息化和数字化在建筑行业的体现，现已经成为行业发展的关键技术，其实施依托具体工程项目展开。本文从BIM技术的实施策略、服务团队选择和技术引进带来的风险分析等角度论述BIM技术如何在具体工程中实施，业主方如何规避风险，获得BIM技术的真正价值。
Abstract: With digitization and the development of information technology, BIM technology as the key technology of the AEC industry relies on the implementation of specific projects. By analyzing the strategy on BIM application, team selection and the risks of introduction of technology, the article tells the owners how to implement specific projects, how to avoid risk, and how to obtain the true value of BIM technology.
