摘要:城市紧凑集约化和生态化发展已成为必然趋势,BIM的多维信息模型、属性信息管理手段与生态分析技术相结合,在分析模拟城市规划区域的日照、通风、能耗以及碳排放量等定量指标方面表现出强大优势,为紧凑条件下城市的宜居提供了必不可少的技术实现手段。
Abstract: Intensive and ecological development is becoming an inevitable trend of urban planning and construction. The multidimensional information model and attribute information of BIM, combine ecological analytical technology has shown huge advantage in analyzing sunlight, ventilation, energy consumption, carbon emissions and other quantitative indicators. It simply provides an essential technology for achieving livable cities under the compact conditions.
