Application of BIM Technology in School Project Design and Construction Stage

With the current stage of domestic digital transformation and high-quality development needs of intelligent construction, the application of BIM Technology is becoming more and more important in the field of domestic construction. Therefore, based on the kindergarten project of Sanya Nanfan Science and Technology City Primary School, this paper will study and discuss the application of BIM Technology in the design and construction stage of school construction project. Among them, the project model being quickly built based on BIM series software is mainly used for design delivery, spatial vision analysis, comprehensive coordination, clear height spatial analysis and calculation, deepening design, BIM drawing, and other applications in project design and construction stage, so as to effectively improve the process and benefits of school projects, and to provide the valuable experience reference for similar school projects in the future.
