摘要:随着国内建筑业向数字化转型、智能建造高质量发展，BIM技术应用也越来越重要。本文以三亚南繁科技城小学幼儿园项目为依托，研究探讨了BIM技术在学校建设项目设计与施工阶段的应用，基于BIM系列软件迅速搭建的项目模型，实现了项目设计阶段与施工阶段中的方案交底、空间视野分析、综合协调、净高空间分析计算、深化设计、BIM出图等应用，有效地提高了学校项目的进程与效益，旨在为今后同类型学校项目BIM技术的应用提供有价值的经验参考。
Abstract: With the current stage of domestic digital transformation and high-quality development needs of intelligent construction, the application of BIM Technology is becoming more and more important in the field of domestic construction. Therefore, based on the kindergarten project of Sanya Nanfan Science and Technology City Primary School, this paper will study and discuss the application of BIM Technology in the design and construction stage of school construction project. Among them, the project model being quickly built based on BIM series software is mainly used for design delivery, spatial vision analysis, comprehensive coordination, clear height spatial analysis and calculation, deepening design, BIM drawing, and other applications in project design and construction stage, so as to effectively improve the process and benefits of school projects, and to provide the valuable experience reference for similar school projects in the future.
