摘要:为确定钢结构工程施工过程中的结构安全性,评估施工结果是否符合设计,对施工过程中结构主要杆件的应力及变形等数据进行实时监测,设计并集成开发出应力应变、变形自动实时在线监测系统,并应用于杭州国际博览中心钢结构工程,运用结果表明:系统运行稳定、数据可靠且精度高,有效地指导了工程施工,确保了施工过程中结构的质量与安全。
Abstract: In order to determine the structural safety of steel structure engineering, and to evaluate whether the construction results meet the design, it's necessary to apply the real-time monitoring of the stress and deformation of the main structure members in the construction process. Thus we have designed and developed an automatic real-time online monitoring system for the stress and deformation, and applied the system in the steel structure project of Hangzhou International Expo Center. The application results shows that the system is stable in operation, with reliable data and high precision, which effectively guides the project construction, and ensures the quality and safety of the structure in the construction process.
