摘要:品质管理被越来越多地产公司所重视，但是由于管理手段的落后导致管理目标无法有效落地，新技术应用为地产企业品质管理变革提供了可能。本文介绍基于BIM、VR及移动应用等新技术在地产品质管理的应用场景及方法。
Abstract: Increasing numbers of real estate companies are paying more attentions on the quality management, but the management is hardly implemented due to the backward management methods. However, the applications of new technologies provide possibilities for quality management reform for real estate enterprises. This paper introduces the application scenarios and methods of new technologies such as BIM, VR and mobile applications in real estate quality management.
