The concept of "Smart City" has been particularly reflected by successfully implemented "Intelligence Construction Site" in Nansha Pearl Bay Youth Palace project. Through combination of technologies (e.g. BIM, IoT, VR, AI, and etc.), an integrated, intelligent and sustainable "Nansha Construction Management Center Intelligence Construction Site" system has been established. This paper has introduced the specific application of the system during the construction stage of Nansha Youth Palace project in the perspective of personnel management, quality management, safety management and environmental protection. This system is aiming to improve management efficiency and to break the "information isolated island", capturing lessens and experiences for the development and the future implementation of intelligence construction site.

Nowadays, equipped with the more advanced BIM technologies, the whole construction industry should be more purposefulness in project management, adopting a reasonable technological path to achieve the clearly defined technical goals. Aiming at the informatized management on green construction in projects, and from the perspective of project management, this paper develops a BIM-based informatized green construction management platform integrating the new technologies of BIM, IoT, and etc., to meet the needs of green construction evaluation. The paper sorts out the overall functional framework of the platform and the specific functional modules. Through the application of the platform, a project is able to implement detailed and targeted green construction management according to the initial objectives of green construction established by the project, and to evaluate the achievements of green construction management, which will surely improve the overall level of green construction management.

As a national-level new district, Nansha New Area has a superior geographical location and advanced position. The Pearl Bay starting area is the core area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao cooperation and a comprehensive service center that is built by the Nansha New Area and set high-quality construction innovation standards. In order to adapt to the planning concept and construction requirements of Pearl Bay, Pearl Bay Development Authority has developed an engineering management information system suitable for the administration′s construction project management. Starting from the visualization, dynamic, and refined management of progress of works, investment, quality, safety, operation and maintenance, and the integrated collaborative management of the development and construction of the whole district, the traditional project management model has been changed through information technology. At the same time, the information technology has proposed some new ideas for project management. This article selects six typical new ideas in the project management information system to introduce, summarizing the advantages of this management system, and hopes to provide some reference for the construction of other new districts.

Green construction and information technology have been made great progress in China. As a quantitative embodiment of green construction effects, green construction evaluation is a direction worthy of research on how to combine with information technology to achieve automatic and intelligent evaluation. This article is based on the Green Construction Guidelines、Evaluation Standards for Green Construction of Construction Engineering (GB/T50640) and Code for Green Construction of Building (GB/T50905), with the help of the green construction monitoring and management platform developed by the research group to build an information model of green construction evaluation index and influencing factors. Combined with the original green construction information model on site, the model can be imported into the platform to assess the green construction effect through comparing indicator data carried by the model and the field data collected by the platform. The results show that each factor makes a difference in its corresponding green construction index. This study analyzes their correlations, which can be used as a reference for the evaluation of green construction and its automatic intelligence.
