The Detailed Design Production of the Anchor Box of the Arch Bridge of Diagonal-span Located on Hefei XinQiao-Airport Expressway and Critical Applications of BIM

Arch bridge of diagonal-span located on Hefei XinQiao-Airport Expressway is medium-supporting single-across with steel-mixed composite-structure whose span is 68 meters long.The tough of design and manufacture in this project was to control the angels of beams and arch slings'anchor boxes.The key technology of beams and arches manufacturing would be mainly described, and the use of BIM to solve the difficult problems in further design of slings' anchor boxes would be shown as well.

As a new means of data acquisition, 3d laser scanners can capture 3d laser point cloud data from the target quickly, accurately and efficiently, this breaks through the traditional methods of measurement and data processing.This paper summarizes the application of 3D laser scanning technology in the quality inspection of complex components of bridge steel structure.

The UAV modeling technology with oblique photography has been growing rapidly with the development of UAV technology and the upgrading of the tilt camera and related processing software, which is already extensively used in the fields of digital city, resource management, emergency command, disaster assessment, and etc. This paper systematically introduces the applications of the technology and their results in engineering construction.

In this paper, development situation of BIM technology is introduced and the application of BIM technology in steel structure production and installation of the bridge of South loop railway is discussed.By the application of BIM, the workload of the preparation stage of the construction is reduced, and the work efficiency is improved; the cooperative work of all participants in the process of manufacturing and installation is enhanced; the construction simulation is conducive to optimizing the construction scheme.

The Nanning Yinghua bridge is a suspension bridge, the steel tower which one is the main difficult point in deepening design of the bridge.The steel tower is "claw bells"shape, which is special-shaped structure.Modeling by Tekla software, we solved the problem in deepening design of the bridge steel tower.This paper mainly introduces the application of Tekla software in the design and manufacture of the bridge steel tower.

The main roof structure of Chuzhou gymnasium consists of 16 primary trusses and 1 pieces of center circular truss composed of divergence, structural complexity and unique shape lead to deepen design is difficult. This paper mainly introduced the Tekla Structure in the stadium roof deepening in the design application.
