With the development of information technology in all walks of life, the information in the construction field also began to concern. BIM of relevant research and technology application has made breakthrough progress. This paper introduces application of BIM technology in Housing Industrialization Prefabricated concrete structural design of design method of exploration.

With the development of modern industrial technology, the industrialization of building was increasingly accepted by practitioners. It is mainly based on the standardized production, and manufactures building with industrial production. Currently, as the new structure of the industrialization, the problem of Prefabricated Concrete is not able to fully coordinate the relationship among the design, manufacture and installation. The rapid development of based on BIM 3D collaborative design provides a good opportunity for development of building industrialization.
