The Realization of the Analysis and Simulation on Residence Community Ambient Noise Based on Point Sound Source

The authors detailedly discuss realization of the ambient noise analysis and simulation system of residence community ambient noise based on it's theory model, and implement correlative algorithms. The authors builded three models based on three manner by which sound affects environment. The three manners are through sound, round sound and reflect sound. The authors implemented the software algorithm of the three manners, proved these algorithm and the models by practice.

Computer Aided System of Decoration

In the process of architectural modeling and decoration designing, it needs different softwares to finish 3D modeling, effect drawing, animation, the material statistics and the 2D drawing; It is a real difficult problem to combine the several different simulation procedures in only one system. This article does some research on computer aided system of decoration, discourses the current application situation of the decoration software, discusses the basic system simulation theory, introduces the frame about computer aided system of decoration, and describes several important technology measures. At last, it validates the validity of this simulation system using the real applications. The system successfully integrates several functions including 3D modeling, drawing, animation, mixing scene, sticking picture, which satisfied the needs of designers. Meanwhile the system has been widely used for designing as a commercial software, and enhances the whole work efficiency of architecture and decoration designing.

R & D of BIM-Based Design Software for Prefabricated Buildings

In that the traditional design methods for prefabricated buildings fail to meet the modularization and standardization of modern construction, problems arise including the low-efficiency of prefabricated building designing, disconnection between design and construction, and etc. For solving the problems, the PKPM-PC, a BIM-based analyzing and designing software for prefabricated buildings is developed, which provides calculation tools for prefabricated concrete components during the demoulding, transporting and hoistiong process, and implements functions including BIM modeling, structural analysis, 3D splitting and collision, collision detection, BIM-data directly used by component processing equipment, and etc. The PKPM-PC provides an easy-operated BIM design method for numerous design units, which improves design efficiency, reduces design errors, and promotes the process of housing industrialization.

Computer Realization of Pre-Evaluation System on Green Building

In the 2l century, sustainable development becomes the common theme. For urban construction, development pattern must also be run from the traditional high consumption to green-oriented. Green building is the only way to implement this change and it is also the inevitable trend for today's world. Referring to green building design specifications, this paper proposes the way of constructing 3d integrative BIM (building information modeling) by computer technology. It carry out an integrated management for geometric information of building space, functional information of building space, data integration on geometry information, functional information, building materials, equipments and other related professional data in construction. It provides the necessary basis for analysis for the calculation of green building design and evaluation. The green building evaluation based on the "green building rating standards" is realized by using of three-dimensional data visualization technology. It can provide architect with an effective tools for green building design.

The thesis introduces the 3D Animation Technology which is practically applied to Comprehensive Transformation Technology Demonstration Project with representative buildings of historical style and features in Tianjin.By way of illustration, the manufacturing process of the 3D Animation of"The French Ministry of Chemical Industry Bureau"and"Salt Industry Bank", both of which have reflected typical features of the Historic Architecture.Meanwhile, the thesis also recounts the process of manufacture including preparing materials, establishing three-dimensional model, drawing three-dimensional texture, adjusting the effect of materials as well as rendering output.Finally, it comes to the conclusion that the technology of the computer graphics exerts a tremendous impact in protecting existing buildings.

Research on the Application of BIM in Green Building Design Softwares

The problems existed in the current green building design software are analyzed combining with the architectural design process and Green Building Evaluation Standards.The method of constructing system frame for GB design software are analyzed.Through analyzing we think that BIM technology is an affective method to keep data unique, data consistent and to share resources in GB design software.According to the GB Evaluation Standard the functions of building information model and parameters in different stage of a building life cycle are discussed.Through the analysis of BIM in HVAC system used in energy simulation software, the concept of extended BIM are put forward. We should pay more attention to the resaerch on BIM in M&E system.

Preliminary Study of SunLight Analyse Software Complicate 3D Modeling and Large Scale Computing Creative Technology

This paper discussed new problems during sunlight software application, such as complicate 3D modeling and large scale project computing, even fail to finish computing. Taking PKPM sunlight software as example, which give correspoing creative technology solutions to modeling, such as domestic 3D modeling graphic platform, complicate pitched roof and terrain quick modeling and analyse. For large scale project computing, this paper discussed kernal graphics card GPU accerlation, and also gave some computing time comparison result and real large project computing examples.

This paper summarize basic theory, compute accerlate technology and application of building sunlight analyse CAD program. Such as compute the position of sun, large scale points analyse accerlation technology, It introduce some basic analyse methods based on local sunlight time-long compute stands, the represention of compute result, such as real-time drawing building shadows, sunlight analyse table and report. Above sunlight traditonal analyse areas, some extended areas, such as compute and utilitize soloar exposure energy, glass wall reflection and sunlight pollution, shading device design are also discussed in this paper. The methods and technologies discussed in this paper have been used in PKPM sunlight.

CAD software has been improved greatly by the developing of operational speed, graphics capability, and graphics theory in computers.CAD technology is developing from simply drafting to assistant design tools. BIM is the base of the next generation CAD software which the important features is networking, integration, intelligent and standardization.Using Building information model, PKPM series software realize the idea of digital information, data modeling and making general of building model through connecting each segment in construction projects, and achieve to fully utilizing the model data in the life cycle of building.PKPM series software cover many fields including planning, architecture, structure, facility, budgeting, construction and business management, take full advantage of data among each specialty in designing process, reduce the construction cost and improve efficiency.

With the development of domestic housing commercialization and urban land nervous, increasing local housing height, high-rise residential has become the main form of housing, and even in some big cities super-tall residential have emerged, caused by sunlight problem lighting right disputes also frequently occur, sunlightproblem in the urban planning and architectural design need to highlight to consider. Combining with the approval of "Standard of Sunlight Assessment Parameters for Building"draft of the relevant provisions, the more attention of sunlight in the analysis modeling, parameter Settings of sunlight, sunlight calculation result and error parsing are discussed.
