Information-based Study of the National Building Standard Design

This paper presents a new model of the National Building Standard Design application which called design object oriented application of standard design by studding the feature and recombined the element of the Standard Design. We construct a platform of Standard Design Application Service in SAAS model to provide more fast and comprehensive service for engineers.

Construction Site Safety Management based on BIM

With the advances in construction techniques, safety management of construction site is facing huge challenges. The safety of the construction site is essential for civilized construction and the interests of construction workers. This paper analyzes the security problems of the construction site, and based on BIM technology, an appropriate plan is proposed. With the advantages of BIM technology in security monitoring processes, construction site layout and other complex construction, security communication, hazard early prevention, safety management processes improvement, real-time on-site dynamic control and rational arrangement are realized.

Development and Key Technology of Digital Line Selection Platform in Design Phase of Railway

"Digital Line Selection Platform in Design Phase of Railway" is an integrated design platform for railway line selection. On the railway line pre-feasibility study stage, a 3D line selection platform was established based on Digital Earth. Taking full advantage of Digital Earth's global digital terrain and high-definition video, it completed route planning and design. In the feasibility study and preliminary design stage, a generation line interactive visualization CAD systems was developed based on digital topographic maps and CAD. It can be used to complete the design, multi-line hub Line Plane design and Interchange transverse channel design, which covers various electoral line railway line digitization of content design. This article described the background, function and application of the application platform development and focused key technical issues in the development.

Practice and Thinking of BIM Talent Training in Civil Engineering University

With the informationization development of the building industry, BIM(Building Information Modeling) has aroused great attention.The application of BIM becomes popular.However, the existing BIM professionals are unable to meet the needs of the further development and promotion of BIM.This paper points out that there is a serious shortage of BIM talents in the construction industry, and analyzes the main factors which impact the effect of BIM talents training.It suggests that civil engineering universities should improve the effect of talents training through the following aspects:increasing the investment of BIM professional teaching facilities, solving the problem of BIM software compatibility, combining teaching and practice, and cultivating professional BIM teachers.

Application of BIM Technologies in Design Development of Pre-fabricated Concrete Structure

For effectively integrating pre-fabricated concrete structure with the BM technologies, to improveis design precision, and to further improve its construction quality and efficiencies, this paper uses real case as anexample to conduct studies of applying BlM technologies in design development of pre-fabricated concrete structurein four aspecls, and to analyze the advantages of BlM technology in design development.'This research has providedreferences for the application of BM technology in design development stage of pre-fabricated concrete structures.
